Having personally worked with over 1,000 parents over 25+ years, she is uniquely suited to helping family’s find what works for them with empathetic, and research-based recommendations.
As a parent counselor and sleep expert, Sarah takes a multidimensional approach that observes the various factors surrounding sleep when working with families. These factors include infant or child temperament, the family’s sleeping arrangement, infant or child developmental stage, age, and child/parent readiness for sleep changes, and much more.
